Terms of Service
The agreement between you and BiliMind, in plain words. Last updated 19 September 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Oybek Odilov, who runs BiliMind as an individual. "We" and "us" below mean that person. Using BiliMind means you accept these terms.
What BiliMind does
BiliMind turns a topic, or your own documents and links, into a course made for you: an ordered path of lessons, exercises that are actually graded, and a study schedule that adapts when you miss a day. Lessons, questions and illustrations are written by AI models. BiliMind is software — no human tutor or coach is part of the service.
Your account
You need an account to keep a course. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if someone else gets into your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
You must be at least 13 to use BiliMind. If you are under 16, or below the age at which the law where you live lets you accept an agreement like this yourself, a parent or guardian has to accept it for you.
What you may not do
- Use BiliMind to generate material that is illegal, that harasses or endangers someone, or that infringes another person's rights.
- Upload material you have no right to use as a source.
- Try to break or overload the service, get around its limits, or extract the instructions it gives the AI models.
- Resell or redistribute generated courses as a competing course-generation service.
- Share one account between several people, or get around usage limits with several accounts.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
AI-generated content: read this part
Courses are written by AI models and can be wrong. They can state something false with complete confidence, misjudge a difficulty, or grade an answer badly. BiliMind is a study tool, not an authority.
Do not rely on generated content for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions. Check anything that matters against a real source. Where a lesson cites a source, the citation is a starting point, not a guarantee.
You can edit any lesson. If something is wrong, correcting it is part of using the product.
Who owns what
- Your material stays yours. Documents, notes and links you upload remain your property. You give us only the permission needed to generate and serve your courses from them.
- Your courses are yours. A course is generated for you and belongs to you, for any lawful purpose, including teaching and commercial use. If you publish one as a public link, you are responsible for what it says.
- The software is ours. BiliMind's code, name, logo and design belong to us. These terms let you use the service; they do not give you rights in the software itself.
Paying
Planning a course is free. Free accounts include a monthly allowance of lessons and illustrations; paid plans raise it, and top-up packs add to it. Current prices and allowances are on the pricing page.
Orders are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com), our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle sells you the plan or pack, takes the payment, charges any tax that applies, and issues refunds.
- Prices are shown before tax. Any VAT or sales tax is added at checkout, based on where you are.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you cancel, or a plan ends, everything already written stays yours and stays readable.
- Top-up packs expire one year after purchase.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Availability
We will try to keep BiliMind running, and we do not promise it always will be. Generation depends on outside AI providers; when they fail, generation fails. We may change or remove features. If we shut the service down entirely, we will give notice and a way to export your courses.
Ending it
Close your account whenever you like. We may close yours for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and where circumstances allow we will warn you first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, BiliMind is provided as it is, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
We will post material changes on this page and, where they matter to you, tell you by email. Continuing to use BiliMind after a change means you accept it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and disputes are heard by the courts of Tashkent. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away the protection the law of the country you live in gives you, including the right to bring a claim there.
